FOCAL POINT MARKETING WINS MULTIPLE ADDY AWARDS
Last month, Focal Point Marketing (FPM) was awarded 3 ADDY Awards for 2013. With a desire to compete with larger firms in the Pacific Northwest, Focal Point moved from competing in the Yakima Advertising Federation to competing in the Spokane Advertising Federation.
Within the Spokane chapter, FPM’s creative skills earned them three Silver ADDY’s, with two of the awards being earned in the Photography Division and one in Logo Design. These three entries were forwarded to be judged at the district level, competing against the entire West Coast, but alas, came up short.
The ADDY Awards are given by the American Advertising Federation, the nation’s oldest national advertising trade association, and the only association representing all facets of the advertising industry. ADDY awards recognize excellence in the advertising industry, as well as design, marketing and multimedia.
“We are thrilled to once again be recognized by our peers for the quality and creativity of our work,” said Mitch Lewis, one of FPM’s managing partners. “We didn’t win as many awards as in previous years, but these mean a little more considering the company we were in.”
FPM won the awards on behalf of collateral created for TRIDEC, Energy Northwest and the Tri-Cities Convention Center.
