The Brief

As the Tri-Cities area continues to grow, more and more households are taking advantage of the region’s 300+ days of sunshine by investing in recreational swimming pools for their homes. That trend has been keeping the folks at Premier Pools incredibly busy, especially since the pandemic in 2020 when everyone found themselves stuck at home. Premier had seen their landscaping and pool business steadily grow the years prior, but they found themselves on a trajectory that needed a fresh new brand and a website that was better suited to educate their audiences on their growing list of services, products and capabilities.

The Challenge

The unique challenge presented with this partnership was keeping up with Premier’s growth and expanding service offerings. While custom pools is their bread and butter, they added a huge selection of retail products, like outdoor furniture, outdoor kitchens/grills, sun screens/shades, advanced lighting displays, concrete services and more. We were tasked with developing an upscale, premium-looking brand to overhaul their visual identity, then translate that tone and aesthetic to the development of a new website (optimized to account for all the new services and products).

The Solution

Tackling the brand first, we kept it simple – building a brand kit of elegant wordmarks and logos with high end appeal, infusing little details that took the overall aesthetic to the next level. Adopting this across mediums and platforms, we integrated the new brand visuals in everything from print collateral and vehicle wrap graphics to the website and social media accounts. The website emphasized striking visuals of beautiful backyard oases while providing ample SEO optimized content showing the range and diverse home paradise accommodations.

The Results

Within the first three months of launch, the new website organically gained traction on search engines for many of the key terms and queries related to their services. The business’ fleet of vehicles have a new look that is catching the eye of area homeowners, as the pool install schedule quickly booked out 12-14 months. Positive feedback poured in from vendors and clients while the folks at Premier have been thrilled with the brand and their clients’ response.
