Sandstorm Beach Volleyball Club is a premier beach volleyball club in the Tri-Cities. With a passion for the sport, Sandstorm aims to provide top-notch coaching and training to aspiring beach volleyball athletes of all ages and skill levels. The club's mission is to create an inclusive and supportive environment where players can develop their skills, compete at a high level, and foster a love for the game.

The Challenge

SBVC is a one-of-a-kind addition to the Tri-Cities, bringing with it a set of unique challenges. The first hurdle was establishing the brand as young, vibrant, fresh, and cool - a brand that would appeal to a youthful audience eager to embrace a new sport. Additionally, we needed to create an impactful website that would serve as a central hub for information on upcoming leagues, tournaments, coaching, and registration.

The Solution

We created a distinctive logo and color palette to represent SBVC. By using vibrant colors and a gritty texture, we were able to establish the brand as both unique and cool, while also incorporating elements of the beach volleyball landscape. When designing the website, our focus was on providing a mobile-first experience that prioritized speed, minimized load times, and made it effortless for users to find and access relevant information.

Since its inception in 2016, SBVC has experienced remarkable growth and achieved significant success. With their very own state-of-the-art facility, they are now poised to host a diverse range of events that extend beyond the realm of beach volleyball. Moreover, the organization has witnessed a surge in active participation and has made impressive strides in expanding their reach to a wider audience of players.
